Join in on this creative weaved bowl workshop alongside local artist Lisa Manuel.

Details

• Materials supplied, but participants are encouraged to bring recycled materials they have at home and a pair of scissors.
• 2 hour workshop (making a bowl is a slow process but in this time you will havemastered the technique)
• Suitable for adults and Children (Ages 12+)

Cost 

• $30 per person

Artist Profile

Local resident Lisa Manuel has always enjoyed discovering and perfecting new handicrafts. After her very successful Kokedama workshop back in 2019, she is looking forward to this year’s festival and teaching workshop participants how to make small woven bowls. Bowls will be made from raffia, string, grasses and recycled materials (sheets, jeans, rope).

• All workshops are subject to numbers and have limitations to the number of participants, so we encourage you to get in early! 
• Times will be confirmed after the Expressions of Interest close on the 30/6/21. 
• Once confirmed you will be contacted to register and pay the workshop fee.
• Entry fee ($5) into the festival is not included in this workshop price.
